Pricing

We offer a site measure-up and 3D designs with a full quote free of charge. Because a full kitchen renovation consists of a lot more than just cupboards – including but not limited to plumbing, electricals, building, gas, worktops, and appliances – we work with a minimum budget of R 90 000 incl. VAT and do not take on projects under this amount.

Here are some average costings to help you budget accordingly for your renovations

5m x 4m full kitchen renovation

    • Kitchen cupboards
      R 75 000 incl. VAT

    • This is based on a PVC wrap material being used with standard hardware. Price will go up when client is wanting to change to soft close runners and hinges and maybe add some accessories as well. If you are wanting to have a Duco spray kitchen in satin or high gloss the price will also go up.

    • Building Work
      R 55 000 incl. VAT

    • This will include breaking out and dumping of existing kitchen, plastering walls, tiling walls and floor, painting of walls and ceilings, replacing skirtings, replacing of cornices, bring in our cleaning team on completion.

    • Electrical
      R 19 000 incl. VAT

    • Disconnect all existing points in kitchen. Install new plugs for the fridge, microwave, oven & hob, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine and 3 new double plugs above the countertops. We will run new conduit into the walls so that wiring can be pulled through or replaced in the future. Once kitchen is done we will connect the oven, Hob, Extractor fan and other appliances and make Sure that all the old plugs not used have been disconnected and all wiring removed to the DB board. A COC certificate can be issued at an extra cost and any other points needed on the job.

    • Plumbing
      R 18 000 incl. VAT

    • Disconnect all existing points in kitchen, Install new points for Double sink, Dishwasher, and Washing machine. We completely remove all the old piping, fittings and use new cobra fittings with high quality piping. Once kitchen is installed we will connect up the sink, mixer, dishwasher, washing machine and make sure there are no leaks. This includes moving the points to a new location within 1.2m of the existing point.

    • Gas Point
      R 5 700 incl. VAT

    • Connect up gas hob to 9kg gas bottle that will be supplied by us and install shut-off valves between gas bottle and hob for safety. We will standardly issue you with a COC certificate on completion of gas point.

WORKTOPS
    • Ivory Fantasy Granite 30mm (4 sqm)
      R 24 000 incl. VAT

    • Clamshell Caesarstone 20mm (4.2 sqm)
      R 28 500 incl. VAT

    • We will send the worktop plan of your kitchen to our granite supplier and attach their quote in with ours. You will pay them directly but we will project manage the templates and installation for you.
